Chinese appelvinken - question

Hello ,I have question to colleagues , Chinese appelvinken {Eophona migratoria }Can keep outside in winter at minus temperatures?

I went searching on google a bit, and it seems they can go outside but they need shelter inside for the night. So if you have an aviary with not to much wind and if they can go inside at night they should be fine.
